  • Peter Hayes

    Managing Director

    Peter experience in the mining and exploration began in the late 1970s  Since then, he has provided a range of exploration and field-based mineral resource definition services including oversight of major drilling programmes for discovery projects including Big Bell and Granny Smith in Western Australia, Osborne and Kidston in Queensland, Porgera and Misima in PNG and Namosi in Fiji. 

    In 1992, Peter founded Geostats Pty Ltd to provide quality control services and Certified Reference Materials to the minerals industry. Geostats is now a trusted supplier to mining companies all over the world.

  • Nick Savic

    Exploration Manager

    BSC Hons

    Nick has over 35 years of extensive technical and administrative experience managing exploration projects and small to medium size exploration companies in various international locations. 

    He gained valuable experience in exploration and production of precious and base metals working in Western Australia (Kalgoorlie, Kambalda, Ravensthorpe, Mt Magnet), West Africa (Ghana, Ivory Coast), Bulgaria (Ada Tepe) and Serbia (Timok). He has directed and run grass roots exploration through to resource definition and production of base and precious metals.

     

  • Antonietta Woolley

    Community Relations & Marketing

    Over a period of some 30 years, Antonietta gained valuable experience in marketing and sales in various high-profile industries. 

    Antonietta is the face of Sahul Exploration in the Nullagine community and has been an integral part of the ‘boots on the ground’ team from the very first days of exploration on the Bonney Downs project.

    Peter has 30 years’ experience in technical, managerial, and director roles in a range of resource and resource service companies in the mining, oil & gas, and construction industries. 

    Peter is passionate about science, innovation and the translation of new thinking and technology from creative idea through to real world impact and economic and social benefit.
